“Hotel was ok....not worth the money to stay in downtown. would have prefered a better hotel on the outskirts. It was not what
I bargined for.”

“Great inner City Hotel. Close to everything from shopping to dining, to site seeing. Just a wonderful hotel. Please note, if you try to make a reservation directly with the hotel, unless your company is a member of the hotel, they won't even talk to you. They will direct you to make your reservation on line with who ever you used to begin with.”

“Great overall experience--very convenient for an overnight stay in a strange town, and felt like very good value relative to the price.”

“Very nice hotel in the center of Philadelphia. Room was small, but nicely laid out. Staff was helpful. A reasonable room for a reasonable cost.”

“This hotel has a very nice and comfortable lobby with three computers available for free internet access. The hotel is clean and feels very safe since one must have a room key to access the upper floors. The location is wonderful, within walking distance of all the center city major sights, restaurants, shops, and the University of Pennsylvania. Take earplugs if you stay on Saturday night and request an interior room. We were on the 10th floor, but the festival of honking, shouting, and partying on the street kept me up past 3:00
am even with earplugs!”

“This is a very bare-bones hotel, with no pool, a tiny gym with poorly maintained broken equipment, and small rooms. There were only two pillows provided for two people, so no sitting up in bed. The TV is above and about ten feet to the left of the bed. And the lobby is nothing special, as hotel lobbies go. We had trouble sleeping the first night due to traffic noise and noise from pipes, though we never heard our neighbors except occasionally in the hall. It's a 3.5 star hotel, but it's not even close to a 3-star hotel.”

“Studio rooms with tall ceilings. Was on the 5th floor but still heard a lot of street noise so bring your own earplugs.”

“The check in and out kiosks were terrific. It issued us our key cards at check in and gave me the receipt at check out in seconds with a swipe of my credit card. The room had a private phone number, so people could call me without going through an operator, and the location is in the middle of all sorts of shopping and restaurants. Davio's is in the building and looks very nice, although we did not get a chance to eat there. The hotel is two blocks from the subway, there is a cab stand on the side street, and there are plenty of bus lines nearby. The only drawback is having to take two elevators- one to the lobby and another to the room. The fire alarm was also activated one time on the first night and twice on the third night. I'm glad we didn't need to go to sleep early. One minor drawback if you're a sports fan is the TV channels. They have satellite, so the hotel doesn't get any local sports on Comcast Sportsnet. A huge plus was the microwave and refrigerator, which I have never had in a city hotel like this.”
