“The hotel is nice and convenient, if you can get checked in. The line to check in is hours long whether it was 1PM, 3PM or 6PM. We asked around and was told it is like this every weekend. I would not return to this hotel as a result.”

“The hotel is awesome. Lots of fun to be had at the hotel and perfect CENTER STRIP LOCATION the 1 and only thing I think the hotel could work on is keeping the pool water a bit cleaner.”

“Over all I enjoyed the hotel it's self, however the room was small and cramped for being a (4 Star) hotel, I had stayed at 2 and 3 star hotels with bigger and more comfortable rooms.”

“This is not a four star hotel! The pillows have probably not been switched since this place opened! They smelled awful! Not all the staff was not 4 stars friendly. No staging area for valet. While I waited for my car, the valet staff continued to cavort and drop of bombs. The bellhop just put my bags down in my room and didn't offer any further assistance. The maid staff yelled back and forth at each other down the hall starting at 8:30. Very noisy!”

“Comfortable, though not luxurious. Bed linens were wonderful! Other pluses were: staff, room price, restaurants, location, and tram to nearby Mirage. The ordinary decor of the room could definitely use some updating! Lighting, in both the bathroom and throughout the bedroom, was terrible!”

“The location is wonderful and unlike many other hotels, the trek from the parking garage to the guest elevators is neither overly long or confusing. Cleanliness was good with an apparently freshly shampooed carpet that was still wet (how can you complain about that?). Decor was worse than I remember on a past visit so I'm not sure if I got an older room this time or if they updated to a more understated decor since my last visit. Unfortunately, we did not have any bath towels in our room, which went unnoticed until one foot was already in the shower. While the check-in and check-out went quite quickly, the staff failed to ask how we enjoyed our stay. Since they didn't care to ask, I figured they didn't care to know. That was disappointing.”

“Great place for a group of friends or business traveler. Room was very quiet on a holiday weekend, which was wonderful. Centrally located which is great for stepping out of hotel. We brought out 15 year old and there was nothing crazy that we saw happening so we were comfortable with him walking through to get to dining areas. Really great hotel!”

“Great location. For the price, good clean, adequate comfortable accommodations. All rooms should have a small fridge and a microwave. Las Vegas needs to conserve water use. When rooms are made every day, an option to keep the towels or request fresh towels should be given. Too much smoke in the lobby but that can't be avoided.”

“The petite suite we had was great. The floor we were on and the room had a modern art deco look, which we liked. But this didn't match the rest of the hotel/casino. There seemed to be a lack of direction in the restaurants/clubs/overall theme of the hotel. None of it was bad, it just didn't mesh together. The service was good, no long waits in the check in/out lines. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

“Disappointed - housekeeping is horrible! We were not very happy with our stay. To begin, was a long wait to check in, then there was a discrepancy in how much our room was to be. The worst part was the day we came back from a day on the strip and were cleaning up for the evening. My daughter had the unfortunate experience of taking a clean towel from the rack that the maid had hung up upon cleaning our room. Turns out it wasn't clean at all. Lets just say someone must have run out of toilet paper and used the towel instead. Totally unacceptable. We filed a complaint with the supervisor of housekeeping and if return for this they sent us a complimentary bottle of Champaign. Wow unbelievable. The location is good, but after our experience, we would definitely stay somewhere else!”

“We felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel for a great price. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We like being near the middle of the Strip and close places we typically go to when in Las Vegas. We will definitely stay at the TI again when we visit Las Vegas.”
