• River view.
• No service, food was terrible, music was to loud.

“I have eaten at Joe's Crab shack in the past and loved it. However, the last couple of times I have eaten there I was not impressed. The food deep fried and greasy, they don't even have bay shrimp for your salad (this is a seafood restaurant right?). The wait person acted like he would rather be anywhere but there. The manager stopped by our table to see how everything was and didn't offer another glass of wine or another soft drink even though the glasses were empty. The background music was way to loud. I don't think we will be spending any more special events at this place.”

“I returned from the Red Lotus wishing i had stayed home and eaten a bowl of cereal. Anything would have been better than the awful experience and tasteless food i encountered here. First off, no one greets you when you enter the restaurant, and when the waitress sat my fiance and i at our table, she threw the menus down and then just left. She didn't even say "someone will be with you in just a minute", nothing, just turned around and left without a word. Then our waitress tried to take our order right after we sat down, before we could even examine the menu. So we finally ordered one of their family dinners, which included something we were going to order as an appetizer, but the waitress was soon to tell us that we didn't need to order an appetizer since we ordered the family dinner very rude. The deep fried prawns were completely over-battered, and the batter was soggy and disgusting. The shrimp had an awkward aftertaste. The chicken breast dish was very dry, with whatever sauce it came with having no flavor at all. Our waitress was also very quick to bring us boxes, seeming like we were being rushed to leave. We didn't want to take anything with us, but we did out of respect, and i hate wasting that much food. However, we were obviously taking too long, because the waitress came and snatched the plate from our hands and said we were putting it in the boxes wrong so she started scraping it all in for us, even though we didn't want to take it all with us in the first place. And even the fortune cookies were bogus. My fiances fortune said "smile if you like this fortune" and the cookies themselves were stale and old tasting. Nobody once gave us any welcome and goodbye. No one told us to have a good day. Nobody was personable or welcoming, just seemed like they were all ready to go home. I've worked at a restaurant, and that's not the kind of environment they are supposed to have. I would never recommend this place to anybody, ever! We took the leftovers, stepped outside the back of the restaurant, and threw them in the dumpster. I don't believe in wasting food, but it almost seems as if they use the leftovers for other peoples entries. I wouldn't be suprised if i'm not even able to digest their so called food. There has to be atleast one health code being broken at this restaurant.”

“Right when I got to the door I knew there had to be a mistake, but hey, can't judge a book by its cover, right? wrong, the food was horrible, the service was horrible, the atmosphere was horrible. The waitress who is also the bartender seemed more attentive to her hair and makeup than a customer, the food was very overpriced for what you get, a TV dinner would have been better, and the atmosphere well there isn't any this is a dirty run down bar on a street corner downtown.”

• Tall and impressive smoker, friendly people.

“Great place to eat. Best BBQ Ive had, but I honestly havent had much authentic BBQ. Great food. I can't wait to go back.”

“We have dined here for several years and through three generations. Great Irish breakfast. Lunch has low priced specials and loads of sandwiches and soups. Their pies are locally made by two farm women and not those plastic factory pies. An excellent place for a snack of a full dinner.”
