• They added my old license plates to the wall.
• They are 3 hours and 40 minutes from where I live now.

“Came down with no plans, scouted the town and found a restaurant that looks and feels as though I was in Austin as opposed to the secluded relaxing and friendly confines of Port Lavaca. The "Texas Toothpicks" are better than that of Cheesy Janes in San Antonio. My wife had some sort of chicken crossaint that tasted crisp and refreshing. I, being the carnivore that I am, had the Iguana Burger. It was so greasy and delicious that even though I was full from my toothpicks and cheezy fries that I kept going until I had to "unbutton." I hope that anyone who goes has the pleasure of having Pat as their server. I usually have to beg for extra napkins and refills, with her I didn't even get a chance.”

• I liked the waiter.
• Unfriendliness.

“I had a bad experience at I Fratelli's in Irving. My daughter, I was seated and even after 11 minutes we did not have a waiter come to us for drinks or food. Finally my daughter walked up to a waitress and asked her if we could get some help. In an unfriendly way, she said that I will let your waiter know and walked away. Another five minutes elapsed before the waiter came to us. We told him what happened and he apologized to us. Randomly the manager walked up to us and asked us was everything okay and we told him what had happened. He told us, let me do some investigation and come back to you. He further said that this cannot happen in his shift and walked away. We never saw him again. We paid and left with a bad taste after another fifteen minutes.”

• Steak is hot and juicy.
• Would like it even rarer.

“There is a steak out on Hickam Air Force Base which is generally a fast food line where they have steaks, chicken, shrimp coming off the grill continuously. The steak is fantastic, and the value is incredible. For $7 you get 7oz steak, 2 scoops rice, and green salad. Recently a steak out wagon came to Schofield Barracks it's within walking distance and word has gotten around. Definitely worth a try, again, and again.”

• Nothing.

“Very pleasant restaurant, with a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. Can dine inside a cozy dark space on front patio. Excellent food, extensive bar and friendly, efficient service. Good for meeting friends, dinner with co workers or friends. Will return again!”
