“Although the food is very good, the service is awful. The owners wife plays hostess, server, and bus girl. She is overwhelmed and in a barely occupied restaurant it was torture getting anything from her. No one seemed satisfied the night we there. One couple asked for bread and after 20 minutes they got two little rolls. I happen to hear them request more and hostess/server etc informed them that it will be a long time because the chef only makes two rolls at a time. Ridiculous. We enjoyed our meals but service is really important and this was a huge flaw. Too many other places to go where they use better customer service.”

• Clean.
• Bad liquor selection, fights, bartenders not knowledgeable. Bad parking lot.

“Where does one start? Clean, nice interior, food, okay. That is about it. Bartenders don't know how to make a drink, but then again, the liquor selection is awful. They have no personality. Kitchen is closed by 4 pm? We were there for a nice night out from camping, but all we got to do was dodge fights. The locals there said that was normal & expected. So relaxing and fun? No way. What a spank bar. They had such a small selection of Liquor, that if it wasn't a Jack & Coke, forget it. I would not recommend this place for a night out of fun.”

• The crab cakes.
• Small.

“The crab cakes and crab imperial are out of this world. I tried other restaurants in the area, and they can't beat these crab cakes. I have been all over the country and can't find anyone who makes them better. The staff is friendly and you feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

• Okay food.
• Not much selection, no atmosphere and not a good value.

“With so many fantastic Pennsylvania - Dutch places to eat in the Lancaster area, my expectations run a little high. The portions were smallish as well. The place also completely lacks charm or warmth. I had no particular problem but it was just lackluster. I wouldn't go back again, but I would not eat there again if pressed as long as I wasn't paying.”
