• House Salad Dressing and Becky in the bar who is the only nice one there.
• Food, waitresses, portion, quality.

“The Rib House used to be a great place in town to get ribs or a steak. The past 3 times I have been there the service has been horrible. The ladies (all older) are crabby, hardly talk, sigh and roll their eyes if you ask for something and never come back to the table after they set down our food. The salads have been wilt, the rolls cold and stale tasting, the food has been drastically reduced in portion and the price is high. The ribs also taste as if they have been cooked, chilled and reheated. I am very disappointed in the Original Rib House and have not been back to it since my last visit 2 months ago because others I have talked to have said the same thing.”

“Living in Ohio for quite a few years I ate at this restaurant once or twice. It's mostly a local restaurant that doesn't see a lot of new faces because their patrons are locals who are tied in with the family. The food is usually tasteless and is watery.”

• This store has great service and food is outstanding.
• I wish there were more stores when traveling.

“This store particularly is an outstanding restaurant. Every time I go in, I get great service and the food is awesome. I understand they make most of their food from scratch. The store in Akron is extremely efficient and clean as I have been going their during the past year. In the fall and winter they have the fireplace roaring with candles lit at the tables, talk about romantic or comfort ability. I would recommend this place to take your family any day of the week. I'm certain they'll take great care of you. WOW, to the retail merchandise. I could not believe how many things they have available in the shop. The store is huge. You walk through the retail store to get to the huge restaurant. Great job.”

• Authentic Chinese food, simply delicious.
• I eat so much that my stomach hurts. The food is just that good.

“I love Ni's Dynasty. It is the only place in North East Ohio where you can get authentic Chinese-American and authentic Chinese dishes. They have everything from American, Chinese and Mongolian barbeque. Everyone is friendly. My family is from Upstate New York and every time they visit they always want to go there! All of my Asian friends rate it a 10/10 scale! Awesome food.”

• It's so good I eat until my stomach hurts!

“I love NI's Dynasty. It is the only buffet in NE Ohio that has both Chinese American and authentic Chinese food. They have everything from American, Chinese, and Mongolian Barbeque. We live an hour away and try to go there at least once a month, any excuse to go we're there. My family lives in Upstate New York and they always want to eat there when they visit. All of my Asian friends give it a 10/10 rating!”
