• Food was great, atmosphere was great! Kids love it!
• Waitress was not as friendly as she could be.

“Great food! A little wait but worth it very homey! Could use a little TLC but great view! Food was great. Service was good. Waitress could have been a little bit more friendly but other than that a great place!”

• Food is OK.
• Bartender's service will kill the business eventually.

“I was a loyal customer for years. The service from the bartenders who have been working there for years has gone completely south. I am an easy going person and above average tipper who just couldn't put up with the horrible service experience any longer. I would go on Sunday's on a regular basis to watch sports, play Keno and just relax. The food was fine. In fact, the service was so poor, that the food and price didn't matter. It's seems to me they have a complain against management. They're intentionally rude to the customers. October 18,2009 was the last time I will ever go to Emma's.”

• Cleanliness. Variety of dishes.
• Atmosphere, service, and quality of food for price.

“Food was fair but not worth the prices. Plenty of swearing from the bar so not a good place to take family, clients, or anyone else who you want to make a good impression with. Speed of service was dismal. Place was clean.”

• Everything was so fresh and very good.
• In a good way, portions were very big.

“I was on an organized bus tour from Ottawa, Canada week of Oct 5 to 9/2009. This restaurant was the best one we had while visiting the Cap, the salad bar was fresh and of good variety, the main course was excellent and the dessert to dye for. I recommend it to everyone while in Cape Cod. The owner was so friendly. The decor was lovely, it felt like we had been invited to a beautiful home for Thanksgiving. Your place is awesome.”
