“I live the next town over and every Sunday me and my family have shay day. For $10 a person you get an all you can eat breakfast buffet. I loved it.”

“One of the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. My daughter had a Pizza Wedge. It had been hanging around for a while, it was a skinny piece of card board that they put new cheese on and reheated. I had Chicken Wings that I had to send back. It was horrible. The whole Hamburg Grinder was $9.50 and it was a lot of Lettuce and 1 Hamburg cut in half. Half on each side. The waitress was a real piece of work, she made us wait right from the start. Told us they were busy and would get to us whenever. And she was not kidding, we had two small children with us, we only were having Hot Dog, couple of Grinders and Chicken and a Pizza Wedge. We waited for at least a half hour. We should have left. But we thought we had waited that long. We ordered, and after a crazy wait, we got our order in parts. Everything was horrible. The waitress was looking for me to fight with her, she told me everyone loves the Wings, I said I didn't. She came back twice to tell me it was great and there was nothing wrong with it. It must be me. I said I ate it all the time it was awful. She made us wait another half hour for our bill. Then she charged us for a Beer, she never brought. It took her another 15 minutes to fix the bill. She has a real bad attitude. Her brother owns the place, but you would think she did. What a big mistake. Unless you are a regular I would advise you not to go there.”

“My first review of any restaurant - I am appalled by last night's experience. I was so excited to find a place near my work that served pho, and I ordered the beef pho. What arrived at my table was a bowl of American-style beef broth with chunks of beef and celery - yes, celery. No basil, no bean sprouts, no lime. After picking out the celery I tried it and it tasted nothing like pho. I asked the waitress if I could order something else as I was not expecting the type of "pho" that came to me. After hesitating and, at first, saying no, she then said I could order another dish but I'd still have to pay for the "pho." I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to have him come to my table, but instead told me to get up, go into the back of the restaurant, and speak with him. The manager tried to tell me that what I was eating was pho, and I must have no idea what pho is. After some argument I eat pho several times a week - pretty sure I know what pho is, he oh-so-graciously allowed me to choose something else, but told me no less than four times that I would not be allowed to return that dish. I told him I understood, selected another dish from the menu, and while I stood at his counter he then read to me what I had selected, ingredient by ingredient, to make sure I understood what I was ordering and understood that I was paying for it. Second dish was OK. Never going back.”

• Food value for the money, large portions, family owned and run for 50+ years.
• Can be very busy and chaotic at times.

• Waitress was accommodating.
• Food was terrible.

“Went with a party of 5 for a special occasion. We all had the prime rib. Two were undercooked and had to be sent back. When they returned they were still cold. We could not cut the meat and the waitress noticed and sent them back again. Still came back with a bad one. Only thing that came with the meal was a potato and bread. No salad or veggie. That had to be purchased separate. Won't be going back.”
