  • Love the decor! Love the food, love the staff.
  • Hate the change!

“My husband and I are both long-distance truckers and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to have break-fast, lunch or dinner at R-Place, great atmosphere, great food, great staff and great portions, often I'm able to take a "doggie bag" in order to enjoy the food the following day. We're deeply concerned, however about the change in the store, it was much nicer before. Now however, instead of lovely dolls and purses for sale are movies and cigarettes, which I strongly believe should be on the other side, "the truckers side" please put it back, stop this! We have never eaten at a TA before, and certainly hope that we're not going to loose our place to a TA, and if so, where will R Place be so we can follow?”

  • Guacamole is good.
  • Meat is often burned .

“Mediocre tacos, sub-par burritos and an openly hostile staff make this an unpleasant experience. Throw in a couple of bums aggressively panhandling, and you have TBK in a nutshell. The last straw for me was when the grill cooks were openly making fun of me, and told the cashier that I couldn't understand them because they were talking too fast.”
