- Service, atmosphere, character.
- Indigestion from awesome authentic food, meeting new and often strange locals.
“Pinati is fantastic. The host is eccentric, the service is incredibly fast, and the prices are low. If you dont mind sitting across the table from strangers and eating an authentic meal, Pinati is the place for you. Every time I go with my two buddies (at least once a week) we order the "chummus eem phul" and the "chummus eem bassar", chips, and a coke. We usually end up stuffed, and it comes out to 75 shekel, 25 shekel a person ($5 $6). I give this restaurant two thumbs up!”

“This restaurant is ok. There have been better, but it's not bad. I wish there were more vegetarian options.”

- Food was amazing!
- A bit pricey, service was slow.
“My husband and I went here for our 1-year wedding anniversary. All we had been craving for our trip to Israel was STEAK--impossible to get kosher steak in St. Louis, MO (not surprising). The food at Aroma was delicious--we ordered an appetizer of samples of 6 different things, all of which were amazing. I think we also ordered stuffed grape leaves, one of my favorites. Needless to say we polished off both appetizers and had hardly enough room for the main course--but luckily we managed to eat anyway! I had steak and my husband had some sort of mix of steak, chicken and liver which was absolutely phenomenal. We ended up trading. The service was not terrific but I think that is just the perception of Americans traveling in Israel, where everything is much slower-paced. That was our only complaint. But all in all it was a wonderful anniversary, very romantic and the food was delicious. We will definitely go back on our next trip!”
