• Atmosphere, good food, friendly service and atmosphere.
• John's Jokes.

“The Tavern is an oasis (or is that home from home) for ex-pats who are tired of the guess work involved in some of Yokohama's bar or restaurants. The atmosphere in the Tavern is second to none, it's not your A-typical plastic British or Irish Pub abroad (if you want that check out The Green Sheep around the corner) the landlord (John) has put a lot of effort and time into creating a relaxed friendly and above all welcoming atmosphere in which you can unwind enjoy a meal and good company. The menu consists of what was Traditional British Pub Grub (UK Pub Grub is now almost wholly Indian Food) a few years ago and is of a high quality. you when you visit the Tavern but you will find and awful lot to make you want to visit again. ”
