“Two of us shared the Loup au Sel - a Mediterranean fish baked in a flour/salt combination that hardens and has to be cracked open. Watching the staff extract the fish, skin it, and bone it was a treat in itself. The fish melted in your mouth. The raspberry gateau was also fabulous, and the Italian waiter was a hoot. “This restaurant served us the best seafood platter we have ever eaten - and we've had a few in both France and Spain. There is a choice of 3 platters and we chose the mid range price one[approx 100 euros/ #70 and to be honest, there was more than enough for 3 adults we couldn't eat it all.
