Research User Reviews for Flying Machine (Millennium Alaskan Hotel) (1-1 of 1)

“Hostesses and server were very friendly. Nice surroundings to include view of lake and a fireplace. Entrees (steaks) were horrible. Rib eye was full of gristle, fat, and overcooked. New York Strip little better but charred on the outside and overcooked inside. Both steaks were ordered medium. When I told this to the waitress she said that since the steak was so thick they had to cook it more. Nice try, but I don't think so. My mistake for not bringing this to her attention earlier, but still felt it was a poor excuse. On the positive side, my dog thought half of the rib eye was delicious. ” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Restaurant Representatives:
