“Very nice, upscale hotel I will stay at again.” Dec 8, 2009 by
Karen from Bozeman,MT
“The valet was quick and efficient. I appreciate the guys always holding the doors open. Front desk knew I was coming and check in was painless. The location of the hotel couldn't be better for experiencing downtown Denver. The bar was good with a friendly, efficient waitress. I got a room on the 20th floor since I asked for as high up as possible, so I appreciated that.” Dec 7, 2009 by
Leslie from Boulder,CO

Carol from Breckenridge,CO
“A great hotel for the convenience on the 16th street mall. Very large - the rooms and hotel have been renovated, very nice. The Irish bar was fun and the gym is great.” Oct 31, 2009 by
Sandra from Basalt,CO
“I will not waste my money on this hotel, again. I was unable to turn the heat down. The only way to get any air circulation was to turn on the fan which was too noisy. There was no parking garage. It cost $21.00 a night to park. Never again!” Oct 28, 2009 by
Jill from Breckenridge,CO
“The management is trying but there were a few glitches as mentioned above.” Oct 28, 2009 by

“I enjoyed my stay very much. The pool side area was awesome. The best I have ever seen. I enjoyed sitting out by the pool reading a book. Very peaceful.” Oct 24, 2009 by
Hollis from Grantsville,UT
“The TV reception was poor along with the channel selection. bathroom door didn't shut properly. Loud noises early in the morning (construction) food menu was outrageously priced. My over-all experience was not as expected. Only good thing was the location. How can you have a 4 plus star hotel but not free internet in your room.” Oct 13, 2009 by
Mike from Portland,OR
“Handsome renovation of the former Adams Mark property.” Oct 6, 2009 by
Amy from Fort Collins,CO
“It has potential but has issues at the moment. When we called the front desk to get our car on Saturday morning there was no answer. I even called from my cell phone and still no answer. Irritating. We had to go down to the front desk to tell them to please get our car.” Oct 3, 2009 by
Joanne from Glenwood Springs,CO
“Loved the location as well as the hotel valet service. Beautiful spacious king suite.” Sep 24, 2009 by

“Fairly nice hotel but not 3.5 stars. I would rate it at 3 stars. We had a nice room with a view of the mountains.” Sep 15, 2009 by
Sherrie from Abingdon,VA
“HUGE ENORMOUS room, gorgeous furnishings, contemporary, beautiful art, and comfortable furnishings. down, amazing beds; pure luxury! And the bellmen washed my car windows with a smile!” Sep 9, 2009 by
Cindy from St. Paul,MN
“I think this hotel thinks they know what customer service is, but vastly misses the mark. Checking in was frustrating, the keys had to be re-keyed like 3 times and we had to use two elevators to get to our room. Other people seemed to have to have their keys re-keyed a few times as well. It was not restful at all. There were a zillion other instances of just rudeness and weirdness by the staff.” Sep 3, 2009 by
Spud from Basalt,CO
“Don't stay here until their parking garage has finished its renovation. Car valet service was a nightmare, we called down to have our car pulled up, we were told it would be 10 minutes, we went down to check out and arrived within 15 minutes of requesting our car be pulled up. We discovered later after waiting for over 75 minutes for the car that the valet could not find the car as the reason it took so long. With the parking garage closed the valet's have to go almost 7 blocks to find places to park cars parked through the valet, guess the guy that parked our car didn't document very well where he took our car to be parked overnight? As luck would have it, we were in a hurry being that it was a Monday morning.” Aug 26, 2009 by
Reginald Green from Hayward,CA
“Very impressed, friendly staff.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Willie from Florissant,MO
“I was disappointed overall. The parking garage was inoperative.” Aug 24, 2009 by
Chris from Georgetown,TX
“The hotel was very clean with nice attractive large rooms. Parking costs were high but everything else was great.” Aug 24, 2009 by
Tim from Fountain,CO
“This tiny room with one double bed right across from the elevator was the smallest, supposed 4-star, room I have ever stayed in. For example, the nightstand was attached to the wall and was only 10 inches wide, the same distance as the bed was from the wall. The single sink in the bathroom was only 24 inches wide and had a hairdryer and box of tissues perched on its edges. The tub drain sounded like it had a vacuum attached to it to make it drain; `loud¿ does not describe it adequately. The bed was comfortable but only a double, we were told it was the only room they had available. On the other hand, the restaurant was open late and had fabulous food and a great wait staff! Overall, not a 4-star experience except for the food.” Aug 24, 2009 by
Dee from Park City,UT
“Room was great, lobby area was always very noisy and crowded.” Aug 23, 2009 by
Roy from Round Rock,TX
“Overall, this is a great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were updated. The beds were outstanding, too!” Aug 22, 2009 by
Masao from Aptos,CA
“The drawer in the room was very small. First night, I woke up early in the morning because of strange electrical noise. I could not figure out where it came from. I was not able to go back to sleep because of the noise. Also, there was not directory (information book) of the hotel facilities in the room and I did not know that they provide their guests with free Internet connection in the lobby area. I ended up buying a connection in the room just in order to check e-mails. I spoke to the hotel and they gave me refund though. Also, without the information book, I had to keep asking them where the pool, the gym were located and what the check out time was. They should have provided their guests with that kind of information. Also draining in the bath tub was very bad and surface of the water came up to my ankles while taking shower which was quite uncomfortable. I spoke to them and no response at all.” Aug 22, 2009 by
from Plainfield,IL
“The location was Perfect for every activity in Denver. However; I prefer not to sleep in a cockroach infested room. The cockroaches were the size of a small mice. This is not what I expected from this Hotel.” Aug 22, 2009 by
Jennifer from Colorado Springs,CO
“Very nice, clean, friendly staff. The room was great. My only complaint was that there was only one elevator, it was hard to find and it was a long walk to the room.” Aug 21, 2009 by
Tammy from New Castle,CO
“Unfriendly staff, the elevators were very slow, and outdated, very warm and small and tight. we were stuck and other guests had their dogs and they were just as anxious. I didn't like and would never recommend this hotel.” Aug 19, 2009 by
Brenda from Seatac,WA
“We had an excellent overall stay. Location was within walking distance of several great restaurants, shops and a free bus system. A bit disappointed with the internet service. Otherwise a 4 star stay.” Aug 10, 2009 by
Susan from Hemet,CA
“The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. Driving through downtown and finding the hotel was stressful after a long days drive. My mother was very disappointed that they charged so much for parking. However, with the money we saved through Priceline, we still got a good deal. However, with the exception of the amenities and location the hotel room was just as nice as newly renovated 3 star hotels. I guess you're paying for amenities!” Aug 5, 2009 by
Jim from St Louis,MO
“Awesome accomodations for an even better price.” Aug 5, 2009 by
Scott from Cheyenne,WY
“Main entrance was closed and difficult to notice as you approach. Once you do arrive be perpared to be greeted no less than 5 times before you get to check in. There is no self parking so you must pay a dailey valet fee of $26. Your other option is to park somewhere else but you won't have access to your vehicle after hours according to the front desk. Pretty crummy to hold you hostage for the valet parking. If this hotels self parking is unavailable then they should cut the valet fee.” Jul 23, 2009 by
Teila from Germantown,TN
“We got stuck in the elevator and the lock on our door broke. The staff quickly took care of both issues and left a nice food basket and note in our room.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Kim from Plano,TX “Everything was good, but the central air conditioner was noisy.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Perry from Montrose,CO “Too many additional costs. Parking was $21.00 per night and internet was $12.00 per day.” Jul 7, 2009 by
Courtman from Saint Louis,MO
“Experienced a dirty carpet. Elevators did not always work.” Jul 6, 2009 by
Peter from Stone Mountain,GA
“A good base from which to explore Denver and its surroundings.” Jul 4, 2009 by
Josie from Sacramento,CA
“The room was on the 19th floor, but didn't have a view. The room was very warm and the air conditioning had to run constantly but still did not get the room to a good temperature till the middle of the night. The bathroom door sticks, so you get stuck in the bathroom for 2-3 minutes till you figure out how to open it. There is no phone to call for help. There was 6 elevators for the 21 floors, but 3 of them I never saw running. One of the 3 elevators that did run was half sized and another skipped floors, so you may get your floor or you may not. This was not a good set up because they had a large conference of children staying at this hotel. This put a high demand on the 3 elevators, we were lucking to get an elevator within 10 minutes. No free wifi, they charge for toll-free calls, parking is $21 a night, and the bedsheets were stained but they did come to change them. Last but not least, the fire alarm went off and we did not hear it in our room. We noticed it was going off when we went out for dinner, and we heard it had been going off for a while.” Jul 1, 2009 by
Edward from Albuquerque,NM
“Excellent hotel for the cost. Hope to stay there again on future trips to Denver.” Jun 25, 2009 by
Carol from Myerstown,PA
“My room was to small which made it uncomfortable.” Jun 15, 2009 by

Lori from Sylvania,OH
“Great hotel - very small hotel room. Luckily we had lots of plans and weren't in the room much.” Jun 15, 2009 by
Lisa from Colorado Springs,CO
“Loved the remodeled room and we loved we got a corner room with so many windows. My sister's room was an inner room and her view was of other rooms and an art sculpture. I wouldn't recommend those rooms.” Jun 15, 2009 by
Drew from Tucson,AZ
“The hotel was under renovation and it was very difficult to find the lobby. The view from my room was poor. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.” Jun 1, 2009 by
Joleen from Casper,WY
“This is a great location for a hotel the renovations have made the Sheraton nicer.” Jun 1, 2009 by
Kathleen from Crystal Lake,IL
“Great location to downtown and Coors field. Really found the staff helpful and courteous. Only down side was the pool being closed and the parking fee of $21.00 a night seemed step(didn't know this until after we booked.) Plenty of restaurants on the mall to choose from. Once we figured out the one way streets we got around pretty well. The other thing was the lobby is on one side of the street and our room was on the other so we always had to go outside to cross over the street, or use the elevators to go up or down to use the bridge over. Overall the hotel was very nice, the remodel was obvious, and the room pretty good sized. Plenty of areas to sit back and relax if you want to get out of your room.”
