  • Caramel Napoleon, Tiramisu & chocolate peanut butter pies.
  • Apricot diva cake not so great. Most cakes not that amazing.

“The Caramel Napoleon is delicious. And the tiramisu is some of the best I have ever had. I have ordered a few cakes there that didn't blow up my skirt. And they tend to be dry/stale. But the pies and pastries are amazing. Cool 50's atmosphere. Takes a while to get anything because there is always a line when its late night at Ricks.”

  • Variety.
  • Not fresh or clean, long wait no table service.

“Bakery items look terrific, but not fresh on several visits. What is worse than waiting 45 minutes to get stale cake? Be prepared to wait a long time, standing on line to place your order. No table service. Flies definitely a problem. Very crowded on weekend nights when I have gone. Not going back.”

  • The desserts were OK.
  • Seeing the mold growing the case with the dessert inside didn't appeal to me.

“I was pretty disappointed when my husband I went there one warm summer evening. The flies were buzzing around in the restaurant. I was afraid that the flies would get into the refrigerated cases. When we sat down at the end booth at the back of the restaurant, an upright refrigerated case was next to our table with various desserts inside. In the case, we saw black mold growing inside. I'll never eat anything from Rick's again.”
