• There food is great! I got my parents to love it!
• They should build a bigger store.

“I eat there at least once a week for luck and then twice a year for dinner. So I can go all out, but I love to eat there and the price is not bad at all. I really like the little private rooms where you can sit on the floor and eat.”

• High quality food.
• Bathrooms could still be better.

“Restrooms have been retiled, and are clean. The old owner has been back since late 2006. The food is great again. Best sushi in Oklahoma.”

“My husband and I used to eat at Kyoto all the time when he was attending Osu, but ever since the "new" owner took over it seems like the food went downhill fast. The bathrooms have always been nasty and the atmosphere is not very appealing, but it was still always worth going there because the food and sushi were so good. Not anymore. I wish the best for them, but we will not be eating there anymore. You should try Mushashi's in OKC, I hear it is fantastic!”

• Sushi is okay, but others are bad.
• Attitude and customer service is terrible, especially towards non-Americans.

“Attitude toward customers, particularly for non-Americans, are terrible. The current owner (previous owner was Taiwanese and he was very good!) is very rude. I and my friends used to go this restaurant frequently, but we stop going because of their rude attitude. Most food is not the Japanese taste, far away from the real Japanese taste. Sushi is okay. But, I will not go this restaurant anymore because of bad attitude and customer service. If you are an American, you would receive a good service.”

• Bathroom bad.

“We haven't been to Kyoto in quite awhile - there for a bit we were there every Friday night. The hibachi is wonderful and the sushi is excellent for this small berg. What really was the deciding factor about not going back was the ladies room. The air take vents were clogged, the drains on the floor were filthy. I'm not sure if bleach had been used in this bathroom in years. My husband said the same thing about the means room.”

• Steak/Chicken is fantastic.
• Building needs remodeled.
