“I ordered 4 sandwiches, pizza, and appetizers. Even though they told me the fries would cost 3.25 each I still ordered them, because what's a sandwich without fries. I expected fresh fries for this much money, but I got greasy cold fries. I ordered jalapeno poppers and there was not maranara sauce. When I called back I was told that sauce does not come with the poppers. I have ordered them from this restaurant as well as others and they have always come with sauce. I will stick to Valentina's in the future.”

• Pizza is the best Ive ever tasted. I lived in Chicago, New York.
• Not enough space at bar.

“I been going to papa luigis for 15 years and never had a bad pizza. They treat me like family and the delivery service is fast and the pizza is piping hot. I would recommend there pizza to everyone. I really like there thin crust and sauce.”

• Pizza is fairly tasty.
• Staff is rude and incompetent.

“I had given them many chances to redeem themselves due to the fact that this restaurant is so close to home and the pizza, although very greasy is still fairly tasty. Their biggest downfall is their delivery system and their staff/management. Delivery problems include: dropping off the wrong food, and not coming back with the right food for close to three hours later. Simply just not showing up with the food "this has happened three times and all three times I had to go to the restaurant and pick up my own meal". Charging the credit card twice so we had to pay for two meals instead of one. Dropping off a pizza which has been jostled around so much it is nearly folded in half. This one is pretty much a guarantee if get delivery; unfortunately, my wife is vegetarian and I am not, so this makes for a less than appetizing pizza. The absolute worst part about all of these incidents is that not once were we offered a simple apology for anything, instead we greeted with a list of excuses as to why these problems must have occurred, and we must have done wrong to receive this service. After my final attempt and failure at having a pizza delivered I decided to say something to management.”
