• Nice TV.

• It has good location.
• The front desk is rude.

“The front desk is rude and try to charge money after they promise to move me to another room. All I am asking is to move to a 2 bed room which is promised by the night crew.”

• Easy to get to.
• Seemed more upscalethan user-friendly or practical, and security was very lax.

“The room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed in the lack of a small refrigerator, I would have been happy to have had a microwave in the room, and a complimentary breakfast would have been delightful. The Executive Tower rooms are a distance from reception and all other facilities and if you use the pool/hot tub, you have to walk through the lobby and past a restaurant and several large meeting rooms with your wet hair and towel. The doors to the Executive Tower do not require a key card for entrance. Returning to the hotel at 10:00 pm the night before checkout, we were unable to use either of 2 key cards to access our room.”

• Free computer internet access, nice room with refrigerator.
• Probably needed some renovation. Unfriendly waiter in the restaurant.

“The Crowne Plaza Foster City was a comfortable and secure place to stay and was convenient to freeways, shopping centers and restaurants. The rooms were nicely furnished but could probably use some updating. We loved the free internet access so that we could locate the train station, restaurants and other places we needed to find. Check-in and check-out were easy and the staff was friendly. We would stay there again a good place for the price.”

• Wake up call service.

“I set the wake up service for 7:30 am but I got 4 calls from 4:30 am to 7:45 am. My sleep was completely destroyed. Other than that, I like the hotel very much.”

• I liked the package on bed to help us sleep better and clip on curtain to block light
• Some one smoking and could smell it in bathroom through vent.

“We pretty much enjoyed everything and had a pleasant stay except for someone smoking and it coming through the bathroom vent into our bathroom.”

“All aspects of the stay were fine except for the noise - several parties were going on and the noise was still loud until 3 or 4 in the morning.”
