• I liked when John was the bartender.
• Bar service too slow. Not enough staff behind bar. No ventilation.

“Omar's used to be a weekend favorite, it was close to home and the staff were awesome. I've noticed that since they made allot of changes to the interior, they have become much busier, but have not hired the staff to go along with it. My most recent trip was 9/29/06 and probably my last trip. I'd rather drive someplace further and get proper service. I sat at the tall counter behind the bar and was the only one in this section and had the most terrible service ever. I only ordered soup and it took over an hour to get and it was Luke warm. Then another half an hour to get the bartenders attention for my bill and another 15 minutes to have him come back to take my money. Trust me I've been in there when it was way busier and the service was far superior to tonight. BUT that was back when John was the bartender and he could multi-task and handle a busy bar. Needless to say my experience was not a good one. sorry”
