• Your personnel are most friendly and are providing good service.
• Not having splendid is an irritation.

“One item is missing. Why can't you have splendid available for those customers who need or prefer this sweetener? Your manager has promised to have it available several times, but has not produced. We have to carry our own to have it available. Your prices certainly are high enough to cover splendors cost. We eat with you about twice a week.”
