• I love subway.

“I got 3 pieces of bacon on a foot long BLT sub and I even asked for extra. Making it 12 pieces of bacon. I took it back threw the drive threw saying I had a return. I gave it to her and said it only had three pieces of bacon. She started saying extra is only 4 I told her again it only has three on it period didnt even have whats suppose to be on it. She told me I didnt need to raise my voice and be rude. So we argued about that. I did not raise my voice at her as I tried to tell her I am always at subway and there are times I order a BLT and it is always messed up at times no lettuce and tomato and no extra bacon and I say nothing. She opened the window repeatedly to argue with me. Telling me not to raise my voice or she wont make my sandwich shell give me my money back manager from another store was inside and didnt even look or notice me nor did the other customers she should have just said I am sorry I will get you another one. I could not see her making my sandwich so when she came back I told her I wanted my money. She got mad. She again kept telling me not to raise my voice and be rude she opened the window 6 times after I said give me my money just to argue with me. She told me I was acting like a psycho, I told her to just shut her window and give me my money readily. She even took her sweet time doing that. I was mad at this point. As I was pulling away she was still yelling ma'am as she did every time she talked. I am not a soft talker, and my muffler was load but I did record it on my phone and her voice is louder than mine. She even got smart with me telling me her and who I could call in the morning. If it was so bad why didnt another person deal with me. They should have zeros for this store and a law suit. I love subway and they do have some good employee's and thats why I havent returned my food before, but you can only get ripped off so many times. This person should not be working with customers. Im at fast food 3 or more times a day and have never had anything this crazy.”
