• Pleasant site overlooking Kailua Bay.
• Bad food and grossly overpriced given the poor quality.

“February 2006. Edwards has moved to Kailua and has a new chef. Too bad. The service was slow, but that was the best of what we saw. The sauces were wallpaper paste; the shrimp were overcooked to the consistency of tires; the calamari couldn't be cut, and the coq au vine was roasted Cornish hen with congealed sauce (the consistency of poi, but brown.) When it was Edwards at Kanaloa, the chef, the location and the management were different and the quality was great. It is unfortunate that that is no longer the case.”
