• The manager on duty apologized for the owners outburst and was embarrassed.
• The person who took my order was rude and short with me.

“When I walked in, the owner was reprimanding employees very loudly in from of customers I then ordered my food to go. I don't think I'll be back the cursing and total disrespect of customers and employees was too much for me. I won't buy for somewhere who treats people like that. And the worst part of it all the one doing the yelling was the owner. He is very rude and short with his customers.”

“I have been going to Franzone's in Plymouth for 20 years and it is by far the best. Service is excellent, food is great. I was there again on Friday night and had fresh stuffed flounder - an excellent choice. Pizza is always a great choice.”

• The service was extremely friendly and quick!
• The location. On a busy street, have to park out back or parallel park on the street. It's scary out back! Not enough lighting.

“The pizza at Franzones is the best pizza in the U.S.! The sauce is sweet and the dough is crispy thin. The flavor is incredible. There is no pizza like it that I have ever tasted! I am hooked on it!”
