• Food is of a good quality.

“I am from the bay area ca and was in Sacramento for a vacation. Did a drive through the carts on 03/09/07 and ordered some food. Upon letting her know that she gave me a wrong change, she starting to argue saying that she is correct. Well considering that it was a rush hour I went in and handed her the receipt and all the change she gave me. She was still not convinced and needed to balance the till. Well as I work in customer service I understood that they need time to balance the till and also had other customers to take off. Being considered I offered to return in the afternoon and get the change and left her my phone number. Went back at 2.30pm and she was still on clock and had not balanced her till. Till today (03/14/07) no one has called from this branch and I even called and reported this with no avail.”
