“I have had smoked baby back ribs from all over the country. The ribs we had at the Cowgirl were the best I've ever had!! No kidding! My wife and I are thinking about making a special trip back to Santa Fe just for the ribs! ”

• Bad service..... bad food

“We were seated promptly but were never waited on. Finally flagged the greeter down and she said someone would be right there. 30 minutes went by and just as we were ready to get up to leave, a waiter finally came by to get our order. After we got our steak order, the steaks were so tough that we had a hard time eating them. we would have sent them back but were afraid of another long wait. And.....to top it all off, we had a hard time even getting a beer! I wouldn't reccomend this restaurant to anyone visiting Santa Fe...... there are plenty other better restaurants in town. This was our only bad eating experience in Santa Fe.”
