“Entering we where escorted up a ramp past the tables open , down some steps to a little booth next to kitchen, the reason was my wife has a service dog, so they talked in Spanish as to what to do with us. My wife is a polio survivor and the dog is a brace-walking dog from Paws With A Cause fully licensed and trained. After waiting a long while, the order was taken and finally showed but still no silver ware to eat it with. The whole experience of being put off to the out of the way was a real downer. We really thought of all places that area would be up to speed on how to handle a restaurant business for all customers, I would never recommend it to anyone or return which is what I'm sure would make them very pleased also. I think it is times that according to the law businesses comply when seating is available which it was for who ever wishes to dine and weather they have a disability. We now know that the Don Jose in Alamo is not cordial to handicapped individuals. The result for us was we were very disappointed in Alamo.”

• Good margarita and the server was good.
• They need better quality of food.

“I had the President- The worst Chile relleno ever (small, too hard to cut and flavorless), chicken enchilada so-so and Flauta had no or little filling. The salsa for the chips had cilantro and a very tomato-type base. They use ground beef instead of shredded beef. A real disappointment. I would not go back for a second try.”
