• Seated quickly.
• Ignored by waiter, not served or greeted after 5 or more minutes.

“Twice we have been seated at this restaurant and then ignored. Our orders were not taken, nor were we given water or tea or even acknowledged by the waiter. The first time was on Christmas when the restaurant was very busy. We waited two years to try again, and on a slow Friday night we were again ignored. After waiting about 7 or 8 minutes, we left. Upon telling the manager, he just said I'm sorry and offered nothing else. There are many other Chinese and Asian restaurants in the area that offer a more pleasant experience. We will never go back to Dragon's.”
