• Food, was tasty. The waitress was excellent.
• Uncontrolled loud children, no reaction from the restaurant staff as they didn't know how to react to the situation.

“I have been eating at Pablo's last 15 years. I have always enjoyed their food. However, they do not have a policy on how to deal with rude kids and their parents. While having a meal a few days ago. One child a boy of about 6-8 kept running through the whole place and their little girl about 2 years old cried and whined continuously throughout my meal. It was impossible to relax, or to talk. There should be a sign for the parents to control unruly children.”

• Great food and very authentic.
• Poor service and poor training.

“The food is always great to dine in as well as carry out. But the service is definitely lacking. If you're into sticky floors and tables this is the place for you! The waitress took our order and served our food and then she pulled a Houdini. We had to use signal flares to get our check. When I told her that an item on our bill was something that was ordered but I had never received she commented that "I should have told her." I have never stiffed anyone wait staff in my life but I left her less than 10% and told the manager about the poor service. He apologized and then walked away.”

• I enjoyed the good Mexican food.
• It was not as spotless and professional as I would like.

“The food is flavorful and plentiful. However, the service is below par, namely dirty shirts on the wait staff, flies flitting from table to table, and sticky tables. We asked for lemon for the iced tea, and our water boy returned with a lemon wedge in his hand and stuck it on the iced tea glass. Acceptable at home, perhaps, but not in a restaurant. The food is delicious and worth a try if the low standard of service doesn't bother you.”
