• Nice atmosphere, waitress was pleasant.
• Safety issues with parking lot ice that hasn't been addressed; poor quality steak, and food was cold.

“Hadn't been in a while and went back with my husband tonight. Their signature item, the Viking, was tough and cold when I received it. They took the steak back and warmed it up (slightly) and returned it to me. Most quality restaurants would have tossed the steak and started again. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Also the parking lot was a mess. You could see water had been draining from a downspout all over the sidewalk and parking lot which now had frozen to large dangerous patches of ice. There was no salt or sand on the ice. Many elderly people walking it tonight. Someone is going to fall. I can't believe the manager (who was there tonight) hasn't addressed this. It quite obvious to anyone parking that this is a problem.”
