“Arrived and ordered chicken at Fireside at 5:55, didn't get food until 7:30. Waiter said another waiter took our order and they also had a big party going on. He said he would have managers talk to us. When he told managers they avoided our area for the rest of the night. Great chicken, Waiter was very nice and apologetic about it. Managers ignored the situation. Unless you have 2 hours to sit and wait for chicken, head to somewhere else. There are a lot of restaurants in this area who care about your business.”
