“Hubbard has one description. Redneck hooters. It is comfort food, but you have to know the menu a bit to know what is good and what is not. The girls are how you would say, well assembled country girls. The cornbread is sweet cornbread and the rolls are hand made. As a native Texas boy, this is what I remember about Dallas before the Easterners and Westerners (AKA whiners) came to town. Texas Old School.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Mar 15, 2007 by
