• Small joke from the waitress to my elderly dad. The chicken noodle soup.
• Food quality, waitress defending the food and not wanting to suggest something else.

“My mom recently passed away. My dad and mom were married 61 years. My daughter and I took my dad to lunch at the Tumwater Cattins for lunch today. He always loved the hot Turkey Sandwich and I loved the Philly Wrap. The food was terrible and the waitress kept making excuses for the food rather than offering to "order something else or refund our money. My daughter's mushroom burger was ok (except for the blue cheese dressing that tasted like mayonnaise). We were very disappointed in the meal and won't be back. The chicken noodle soup was amazing.”
