• Bar area.
• Food and service.

“Without getting into much detail - the only reason I rated atmosphere higher than the food and service is because the bar area was decent. Other than that the experience is not one that I would repeat and certainly never recommend. The entree arrived close to 2.5 hrs from the time we were seated, the staff was young/inexperienced, the food was terrible (ricotta was gritty a.k.a. frozen and was sent back) and the management was non existent.”

• The parking lot is easy to get in and out of.
• The service is not very good.

“We arrived at Armando's at 6:20pm on a Saturday night. They don't accept reservations, but the wait wasn't too bad. Our drinks came right out and our appetizer order was taken (a simple hot antipasta to share) about ten minutes later. After waiting about twenty minutes we asked to see our waitress who finally took our dinner order. Our appetizer came out around 7:15pm and at 8:15pm we gave up on our dinner (and our waitress who was no where to be found)! When the waitress came out and we complained about the wait, she said "Oh well, it's not my fault!" Then said the owner would buy a round of drinks for us. We said no way and just took the check. On the way out, my sister in law told the owner that we were disatissfied, and he turned his back on us and walked away. His wife went on to tell us that they'd been open for five months and never had a complaint. We ended up at Bertucci's, were seated quickly, the service was great and the food hot and satisfying. No more Armandos for us.”
