  • I didn't throw up.
  • The Chile is horrible.

“This restaurant used to be amazing. I used to go there twice a week but now that they have changed their chili and it is absolutely awful. I wont go back their until they figure it out. Go to morning Glory across from the high school or El Parasol. Wiser choice.”

  • The workers.
  • The recent change in the burritos red chili and consistency.

“Since long something has happened at Chile Works. I have been picking up my burritos for ten years here. Last week and today was a terrible experience. The red chili, which is the staple for this establishment, has changed. The was once thick, hot, spicy, dark red has been reduced to a watery, bland, no heat, mess. I hope the owner has not thought the consumers would not notice the change. It has wrecked the experience and the burrito itself. There are so many other places to go for a great breakfast burrito in town. I am indefinitely done with Chile Works. You can't change what brings people there in the first place. That's the Chile!”

  • Chili, service and overall food.
  • Only outdoor seating.

“Out of all the new Mexican food I ate, chili works had by far the best burritos. The burritos come in many different varieties, and red or green chili can be added if you want it. I would recommend this place to anybody who loves real new Mexican food.”

  • The prices.
  • The gobs of chili they stuff into everything.

“As the name implies everything on the menu comes chili on it. Either red or green varieties and man they load it on so much. It really ends up being too much and makes the food not as good because of it. However, it is a good deal for new Mexican and it is fast. So if you decide to go my only suggestion would be to ask for light chili on anything you order.”
