• Crisp bacon, perfect turkey sausage.
• Nothing.

“My wife and I have eaten here four times, three for breakfast and once at lunch. I am primarily speaking to the breakfast menu. The breakfast is perhaps the best I have ever had anywhere. The restaurant is small, local and family operated. The quality of food and the preparation are both excellent. The blueberry pancakes, omelet's, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage are all great. The food is consistently well prepared. The service is very good. The wait staff is friendly and attentive, even when the place is busy. I don't sense any bias towards out of toners. We travel a lot and would rate this restaurant in our top five, if not number one. This restaurant is small and local, so don't expect a grand buffet, but otherwise, you can't go wrong here.”

• Too small, too crowded.

“I absolutely love the food they serve at Earth Foods. They recently scaled down the size of their restaurant and menu, which deeply disappointed me. The food is always fresh, natural, homemade and they use a lot of organics. The menu items are all delicious, some of my favorites include the brushetta appetizer, the mushroom bisque and all of their wrap sandwiches. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and healthy options. The dining area is way too small and crowded, and there is usually a long wait to eat lunch. Perfect for lunch take out for people who work in Hudson.”
