• The servers were compassionate towards the situation.
• The director of sales lacked professionalism.

“The food was good. However, not exactly what we ordered. The cake looked to be that of inexperience and terribly dry. The main course was left behind, causing delay. As my guests were serving themselves, the main dish was still in the oven. It was terribly embarrassing. The most disheartening part of the entire situation was the attitude from the director of sales. No compassion or concern. I regret the choice that I made for this event.”
