• Fantastic hash browns, individually wrapped freezer jams, and robust, no frills family entries.
• The entrance to the parking lot could be better designed.

“Roosters is a fantastic family restaurant, clearly head and shoulders above 95% of the other such establishments. The previous reviewer who suggested that they should have grabbed fast food, was without question unduly harsh, if not lying in the post outright. This restaurant boasts an outstanding variety of entries, many of which are much better than at most other family priced restaurants, especially in this area, and I should know, for I have been to many of the others. Roosters is not only much better than fast food, but also significantly better than other family chain restaurants like Denny's or Shari's.”

• Great service and good food.
• Too much food to choose from on the menu.

“A very busy young man was server; he was nice and personable, even though he was very busy at the time. Brought our food in a timely fashion, I had the chicken penne and my wife had a salad. My wife commented that the salad was great and it was huge from my perspective; while my Penne was very good and I required a box because I couldn't finish it. Our server also pointed out good attractions to visit in town, and we will be visiting Roosters again, hopefully sooner than later!”

• The waitress was nice even though very busy, I told her the food was "boring" and she was still nice.
• The food was horrible, should have stopped at a fast food place!

“The food was BLAND but looked good! I ordered the shredded prime rib with French fries. It took awhile to get the food and the fries were slightly warm. I changed from fries to chicken soup. The soup was hot and had plenty of thick pieces of chicken and noodles - but - tasteless. The sandwich had prime rib on 1/16th of the bread and was thin enough to not see it when picked up. The cost was $9.00 and definitely not worth it! It was disappointing since I go by there every few months and would stop, not now! ”
