- Down to earth local type bar and grill. Very friendly staff.
- Blue cheese dressing was to thin.
“Stopped in on my way to Apple Valley area. Flapper's is right before the square in Downtown Mt. Vernon. Had the wings with a specialty sauce (reds southern style). Food was hot and fast. Wings were the best I've had in a long time. Blue cheese was a little thin. Will definitely go back.”
