• Nothing.
• Very customer unfriendly and dishonest.

“Don't bother to call and order take-out pizza. They will palm off a stale, cold, old pizza on you. Go to Mineos instead. Their pizza is always fresh out of the oven.”

“The pizza is horrible and I can't believe that people eat this and pay that much for it. The older kid who runs the place is the worst part of the experience. He is rude and overall not nice. He will never work any where except his daddy's place.”

• Pizza sauce and dough, service.
• Eat in /take out only -no delivery.

“Best pizza in the world. I know people who have it shipped out west, cause they can't good pizza like Aiello's. the service is always excellent, if mike is working, you know the pizza is going to be perfect.”

• Food quality, staff.
• Dining Environment, though most probably do takeout.

“Got a cal zone at Aiello's in Squirrel Hill, it was one of the best cal zones. I've ever had. The environment could be a little nicer for eating in, but I have a feeling that the majority of their customers do take-out (examples of this are the boxes of their ingredients everywhere -- at least you know it's fresh!). The service was fairly quick, and the staff serves with a smile. I'm on my way out the door right now to get something!”

• Nothing. Worst Place in the World for Pizza.
• Rude Employees, Burnt Pizza, Terrible Service Long Wait.

“Probably the worst service, rudest employees and most disgusting pizza that I have ever had. I will never go there again and encourage everyone to avoid it at all costs.”
