• Ambiance and food quality.
• Service.

“There were four of us visiting the restaurant. The ambiance is very good as well as the food. We were very pleased with the food quality. However, we arrived at about 5:30. The restaurant was not crowded at this point. We ordered our meals which took forever to get. The appetizer, (only one ordered), and our salads arrived quickly enough. The entree seemed like it took forever. We went early to meet a 7pm basketball game, and our dinners didnt arrive until about 6:50pm. We rushed through dinner and left about 7:35pm. .”

• The staff at this restaurant is first class.
• A few material tapestry/wall hangings would absurd some of the sound.

“It is wonderful to have such a lovely "big city" restaurant in our small town. Perfect for the traveler not familiar with the area, also great for a well planned business dinner. We recommend the Marsala (chicken or veal both are wonderful)!”

• Excellent selection, quality, and price range.
• Somewhat noisy, but not too noisy for conversation.

“Never expected a place like this in a rural county seat like Ebensburg. Nice ambience, except for the sound level, which is a shade too loud. But no sense of bustle. All the food (eight entrees) was excellent, fresh and cooked to order, nicely presented. Relatively large portions. Entree prices from $12 to $25. The server was as competent and pleasant as any in a good city restaurant; actually better than most. The complimentary salad was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Drink prices are low to moderate.”

• Outstanding food!
• Unpredictable service.

“Excellent food! Great service 98% of the time. Only once did I have below average service. The "restaurant" was busy and my family was put in the back room and received only half the service (drink attendance; ask how food was, general interest.) That is customary from a high end (for Ebensburg) establishment. All the other visits were wonderful.”
