• The service was outstanding, and the chili delicious!
• No frills, but not necessarily a negative aspect.

“If you're looking for a slice of Americana, the Manhattan cafe is a safe bet. Located on Shoshone Idaho¿s main street, this rustic restaurant has been in business since Ernest Hemingway frequented the sun valley area. Rumor has it the writer would stop at this local eatery for meat loaf on his way through, and the homemade fare is still available in the form of mashed potatoes with gravy, breakfast served anytime, and an enviable pie case. This little spot has character to spare, and the service was excellent.”
