  • Beautiful place.
  • Horrible food.

“Can't believe you have any good ratings. Ask for a very well done steak. It was completely raw and cold. Waiter set it down and said that it looked like they forgot to put it on the grill. Ha Ha. Did we want it that way. Said no. Please feel free to take it back and burn it. The second one came back just as raw. It was not rare. It was cold and raw. Ask to have it cooked more and was told sorry we will take off your soft drink price. We were polite at all times. I am 50 years old and this is only the second time in my life I have sent anything back or complained. It has to be pretty bad for me to say anything. I told everyone at our hotel not to eat there. It was horrible. The twice baked potato tasted like it came out of a grocery store frozen food package. It was awful also.”

“Great ribs and unbelievable prime rib! We had a very romantic stay in Custer and the Bank Steak and Ribs Place topped it off!”

  • The building, the ribs, the steak, Tim the parrot. Unbelievable!
  • Open at 7am? Should be 6.

“Cannot believe the ribs! We were staying in the Custer State Park and decided to get in to Custer for a break from the camp stove. We walked in to the place wanting a Starbucks coffee on our way to eat in Hill City. We smelled the aroma and decided to stay for dinner. I cannot do the ribs justice in words, so all I will say is that if I am ever within 150 miles of Custer again, I am going to be there for dinner.”
