“The Global Grill is my favorite restaurant in Pensacola! I've been to Jackson's and Global beats it hands down! The best thing on their menu is the New York Strip steak entree with crab and ale sauce. It's a must and worth every penny!” Oct 15, 2006 by

“The restaurant was busy, but there were plush armchairs in the front where we were able to wait for a table in comfort. We only had to wait for about fifteen minutes for a table. The atmosphere was charming: local art on the walls (for sale) and the place looked like it used to be a dress shop (long and narrow space, with good lighting). The bar was long and well-stocked. Martinis are their specialty. We stuck to the tapas and dessert portions of the menu, we were able to try four different dishes for the price of two entrees. Everything was delicious and fresh. Sticking to the "global" theme, there were Spanish-inspired salads and funky fusion tapas like the mozzarella egg rolls (strange combination, but gooey and crunchy and well made). We ended up spending about $40 for our meal of tapas and dessert for two. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable, he asked all the right questions to make the exact martini that we wanted, and the service was prompt and neat. We will definitely eat at the Global Grill again (once we save up enough money). It was definitely worth the price!” Jul 17, 2006 by

“The Global Grill is an eclectic dining experience, with a full tapas menu as well as daily specials. Although the ingredients used in the tapas were not presented in the same way as they are in Spain, they were made one better with interesting takes on the some of the same basic ingredients as Spanish tapas. Try the Baked Brie with Pecans, the Squash Fries with Chorizo Gravy, and the Crab meat/Artichoke/Spinach Dip. Also, the Pork Tenderloin in Chorizo Gravy and the Salmon Roll were delicious. This restaurant is best suited for older children (10 and up) and would be a great place for a first date or even an anniversary. ” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 9, 2006 by
