“Our first visit the restaurant was very busy. We were ignored by the hostess for over 15 minutes. We were then told we had to wait 25 minutes. 45 minutes later we left. We decided to give the restaurant a second chance since it was so busy. This time 4/18/09 it was not busy. There were at least 15 empty tables. We were told we had to wait 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we left. No one even noticed and we were the only people waiting. Believe me there will not be another chance for this terrible restaurant.” Dec 10, 2007 by

“Poorly managed. Restaurant is dirty. Dirty glasses, dirty silverware. The food was decent but took forever to arrive. Rowdy patrons, snotty nosed kids running amok. This is nothing but an overpriced chucky cheese. Will never return. .” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 24, 2007 by

“Fifteen minutes after we were seated, the waiter took our order. There were 4 of us and we ordered 2 shrimp cocktails, one chocolate dessert, and one pizza. 45 minutes later, the food was brought to the table; the shrimp were warm on a plate, not even on ice! They say it comes with cocktail sauce on the menu but it was a marinera (sp) type of sauce and when I asked for cocktail sauce I was told they didn't serve that. The waiter never refilled our glasses; the two that ordered the shrimp ate one shrimp each and could go no further with the warm shrimp or the horrible sauce. There was no attempt to adjust the bill at all. Service was disgusting just like the food.” Aug 15, 2007 by

“Horrible food! The toast for Bruschetta was rock hard. We got food poisoning! The manager almost knocked me down (I am disabled with a cane) I was coming out of the rest room and he crashed into me and then gave me a dirty look. The server was new and had no training. She had to look at the menu with us. Horrible place. Do not eat here!” Aug 29, 2006 by

“Coming from New Jersey, if you want real Italian food - look no further in New Mexico. I got hitched in NM, and my wife and I spend our anniversary here (while we are in New Mexico). Yes we will be moving back home, but for the time being this place is worth the drive for us (almost 2 hours). The Food is very good, and authentic.” Aug 21, 2006 by

“Automatic 18% gratuity for party of two, and the service was very bad. Bathrooms were dirt and did not provide hand soap, wait staff, were not concerned with the problem. Salad and soup was good, but other food was horrible. Would not return and would not recommend to friends. No manager on site to discuss issues with at time of visit.” Jun 12, 2006 by

“We had a fantastic time at the Pasta Place. Our waiter was incredible; he made us feel right at home, and entertained us with his Bruce Villas impression and his hysterical rendition of the menu. I had the scallops Verde, absolutely the best meal I've ever had. ” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Restaurant Representatives:
