• Ice cream machine.
• Cold food, mediocre taste.

“Avoid buffet at all costs food cold and not fresh, probably due to low temps. Hot and sour soup is too peppery. I don't see how this could be the best in Longview or anywhere else, it's only slightly better than a TV dinner at Wal-Mart. Staff was friendly and courteous.”

• Love the egg-rolls.
• At times they have a flighty wait staff.

“The restaurants actually called "lotus inn" and they have the best Chinese food in Longview. I've eaten at all of the local places and lotus inn beats them hands down. They also have the best egg rolls around.”
