• Location.
• Poor service and not quality.

“I ate there once and it was noisy and the food average, server moderate, my wife talked me into putting a business card into the jar. They drew it out and called me to inform me I had won a free lunch, I got there order my lunch and one to go. They failed to inform me until time to pay that the free lunch was for the least expensive item on the menu and that price would be subtracted out of what I actually ordered. Needless to say I was not happy and for the future will remain visiting other steak houses that are a little more reputable.”
