“When they first opened we loved the food and went every week, now we go every couple of months or more hoping the food will change, it has gone from excellent to horrible, cold, meat you can hardly chew, if you want a knife you have to ask for it which puzzles me they serve meats that have to be cut in order to eat. The waitresses run around chit chatting in their native lounge which, in my book, is rude, you are in the USA speak in English And I find it very unpleasant sitting there eating your meal and a waitress is sweeping the floor right by you while you are trying to eat.” Jul 14, 2007 by

“Have been a customer since the first week you opened, came in every other week at least to eat. Sometime two of us and sometimes there are more. We loved your buffet thought it was the best. About two months ago we came in and the food was not that good so stayed away for while came back food was better but not the same. Last night 7/13/07 we came to your restaurant and I could not believe how terrible it was, the beef teriyaki was so tuff and dry could not even bite into it as was the chicken teriyaki even, if you furnished knives which you do not, you could not have cut the meat. The ragoons way over cooked, the fried rice was cold the fried potato were dry, greasy and cold as was everything else I got on my plate. Food was either way over cooked or ice cold. A couple we did not even know sitting next to us heard us discussing this and remarked how the were very disappointed also and recommended the buffet at the Oriental Restaurant on Stillwater Ave, they were saying how they would not be back again to your buffet, and those are my thoughts also, we will never return to your buffet. We went to a party following our dinner last night and we reiterated to about 16 of our friends how poor the dinner was. The server was polite but a very poor server, when your customers ask for coffee you see that the customer gets a fresh hot cup , not one that has been sitting in the pot all day and is so black that even in the small cups you serve it in when you put 2 creamers in its still black. The Server never even came back to our table to inquire how everything was. When we were paying for the dinner I informed the person taking the money how bad the food was he looked at me turned to the guy standing next to him and started chatting in their language. You talk about being rude. Not even an apology. I have worked in the restaurant many years during my life and have never seen such ignorance or rudeness and had the cooks served food like that they would of no longer had jobs and the host been as rude as that neither would he of had a job.” Restaurant Representatives:
