“I was on my way to Dallas Texas and I decided to stop in and try Nicks . My 1300 mile trek to Dallas had involved to sampling every barbecue I could. "good on taste ,bad on waist" I ordered the smoked chicken dinner and some ribs. Now, it is a little note worthy that I am very tough on barbecue places. I love great barbecue and loathe bad barbecue. And nicks passed with flying colors. The surprising part is the barbecue sauce. Until now I haven't ever had one taste like this one. It doesn't cover the meats flavor but it doesn't get lost either. Needless to say I bought some to take home with me. That was on Aug 3rd .Now it's Aug 19th and I only have a 1/4 of a bottle left. "note to self, buy more sauce next time". I guess I'll call them this week to see if I came get some shipped or I will be making a trip to nicks.”
