• Nice facility, lots of potential.
• Food is marginal, service is terrible, staff attitude amazingly bad.

“Been there three times with very mixed results. Plan on 25 to 30 minute wait before you can place your order and then another 30 to 45 minutes before your food arrives. Other tables had the same kind of wait for their food and then had to wait even longer for completing items (jam, syrup). This type of service is very unfortunate for Pine given that the Randall House poses as the higher end dining spot. The menu was very good but the food fails to live up to the description. The chef (really no more than a cook) needs to read the menu and work on actually executing the entrees.”
