• Milkshakes are great.
• Service and order correctness is terrible!

“Steak & shake has dropped in every way for me, one who used to go weekly/service is zero/ awful/orders 98%wrong/ I have complained to no avail/they just look at me/seldom apologize/hey, if I pay for it, I want what I ordered! morons prepare the food!”

• I like your burgers.
• Your cooks are not trained enough.

“I like the food, BUT---, the restaurant I go to do not know how to make thick slices of grilled cheese toast. If you order it at Orlando S. Orange blossom trail Stake n Shake, they will serve you just thick toast from the toaster with hardly any butter. BAD!!!”
